Cook the cannelloni tubes according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the diced apples and custard.

Stuff the cannelloni tubes with the apple and custard mixture and arrange them in the greased baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, butter, caster sugar, and ground cinnamon. Rub the mixture together with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Stir in the oats and Demerara sugar.

Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the stuffed cannelloni tubes.
