Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and let cool.

In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise and mustard.

Add pickles, red onion, celery, and fresh dill to the bowl. Mix well.

Cut the cooled potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and black pepper.

Gently toss everything together until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
