  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and flour. Fold in the sour cream.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.
  7. Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
