In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets into rectangles.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the pastry sheets.

Sprinkle the mixed berries on top of the cream cheese.

Roll up the pastry sheets tightly, starting from the long side.
