  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant and onion turns translucent.
  3. Add diced carrot, green beans, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan, crack the eggs into the empty side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry everything together.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and sweet soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
  8. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
