Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the vegetarian ground meat substitute, diced onion, grated carrot, diced celery, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Grease a loaf pan with olive oil and transfer the mixture into the pan, pressing it down evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Slice and serve.
