In a large pot, heat vegetable broth over medium heat.

Add onion, carrot, celery, potato, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Stir in tomato paste, dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.

In a separate pan, brown the lean ground beef. Drain excess fat.

Add the cooked ground beef to the pot.

Stir in cooked macaroni.

Simmer for 10 minutes.
