Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just blended.

Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
