  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the puff pastry into small squares and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. In a saucepan, heat the milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in the heavy cream, raisins, almonds, pistachios, coconut flakes, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. In a baking dish, layer the baked puff pastry squares and the milk mixture. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of the milk mixture on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm or chilled.
