  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped mint, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the dry ingredients. Use your fingers to rub the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Gradually add the milk to the flour mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
  7. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch (3 cm).
