  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Grease a round cake pan and pour the batter into it.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Once the cake is completely cooled, slice it into 3 layers.
  7. Place the bottom layer on a serving plate and spread a layer of whipped cream on top.
  8. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
  9. Place the second layer of cake on top and repeat the process of spreading whipped cream and arranging strawberries.
  10. Place the final layer of cake on top.
  11. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips separately.
  12. Drizzle each melted chocolate over the top of the cake in a decorative pattern.
  13. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
