Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor.

Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed Oreo cookies.

Roll the mixture into small balls and insert a popsicle stick into each ball.

Place the Oreo pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour.

Melt the dark, white, and milk chocolate separately in a heatproof bowl.

Dip each Oreo pop into the melted chocolate of your choice and sprinkle decorative sprinkles on top.

Place the coated Oreo pops back on the baking sheet and freeze for 3-4 hours, or until firm.
