  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and onion.

  5. Spread a layer of the mayonnaise mixture on the bottom of the pie crust.
  6. Layer the sliced tomatoes and onions on top.
  7. Sprinkle with basil leaves and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of tomatoes and onions.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the tomatoes are tender.
  10. Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before serving.
