Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the French bread lengthwise and hollow out the center.

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic and melted butter.

Brush the garlic butter mixture on the inside of the bread.

Fill the hollowed-out bread with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle parsley on top.

Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
