Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried parsley.

Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

Roll up the triangles starting from the wide end.

Place the crescent rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make an egg wash.

Brush the egg wash over the crescent rounds.
