Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add sliced bell peppers, diced onion, and sliced mushrooms to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
