In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, ground walnuts, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg yolks and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.

Sprinkle the tops of the cookies with ground cinnamon.
