  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.
  8. Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, top the cheesecake with fresh blueberries. Enjoy!
