  2. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Pulse until the dough comes together.
  3. Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to fit a 9-inch tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.
  6. Arrange the raspberries on top of the dough.
