In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the milk chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.

Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Using a toothpick or skewer, swirl the dough to create a marbled effect.
