  2. In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolks, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Add the egg mixture to the food processor and pulse until the dough comes together.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape it into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface and fit it into a tart pan. Trim the edges and prick the bottom with a fork.
  5. Bake the tart shell for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  6. Fill the cooled tart shell with fresh berries.
