  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, boil the sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually whisk in the milk and continue cooking until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add the mashed sweet potatoes, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the saucepan. Stir until the cheeses melt and the mixture is smooth.
  7. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and mix well.
  8. Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
