  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the flans are set. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the tomato-corn relish. In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Carefully unmold the flans onto serving plates. Serve with the tomato-corn relish on top.
