Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease four ramekins or custard cups.

In a blender, combine the sweet corn kernels, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and flour. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekins. Place the ramekins in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the flans are set. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the tomato-corn relish. In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Carefully unmold the flans onto serving plates. Serve with the tomato-corn relish on top.
