  4. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped potatoes, carrots, green bell pepper, and frozen peas. Stir to coat the vegetables with the spice mixture.
  6. Pour water into the pan, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked through.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
