Sunrise Popovers
Popovers are an American version of Yorkshire pudding, a traditional English dish.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 45 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 5.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a popover pan in the oven to heat.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Gradually add the milk while continuing to beat.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, beating until smooth.

Remove the hot popover pan from the oven and add 1/2 tablespoon of butter to each cup. Return the pan to the oven for 2 minutes, or until the butter is melted.

Carefully pour the batter into the hot cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the popovers are puffed and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
