Sun-Dried Tomato Focaccia with Feta

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix well.

Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.

Press the dough into a rectangle shape, about 1/2 inch (3 cm) thick.

Using your fingers, make dimples all over the surface of the dough.

Sprinkle the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped rosemary evenly over the dough.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
