  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  7. Sprinkle the top of the batter with sugar.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
