Striped No-Bake Cheesecake
Cheesecake is believed to have originated in ancient Greece and was served to athletes during the first Olympic games.
This is vegetarian and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 270 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a small saucepan, heat the water and sprinkle gelatin over it. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Add the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.

In another mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Divide the mixture into two equal parts. In one part, mix in the strawberry puree.

Pour the strawberry mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Pour the plain cream cheese mixture over the strawberry layer. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top in a striped pattern.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.
