Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
-
Cut the French bread into cubes and place them in the prepared baking dish.
-
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
-
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all the bread is coated. Gently press down on the bread to help it absorb the liquid.
-
Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the bread.
-
In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and butter. Use your fingers or a fork to mix until crumbly.
-
Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the blueberries.
-
Cover the baking dish with foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake the casserole, covered, for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
-
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
-
Serve warm and enjoy!
