In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, butter, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until crumbly. Sprinkle the streusel mixture evenly over the pear halves. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pears are tender and the streusel is golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
