  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together oil, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together chopped nuts, brown sugar, and butter to make the streusel topping.
  5. Pour half of the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans. Sprinkle half of the streusel topping over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and streusel topping.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and let cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Slice and serve.
