In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, rhubarb, and granulated sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes to release the juices.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg.

Cut the butter into small cubes and add it to the dry mixture. Use your hands to rub the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour the strawberry-rhubarb mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the top.
