  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the pretzels and mix them with melted butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Add the frozen strawberries and stir until partially set.
