  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust. Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cooled tart. In a small saucepan, heat strawberry jam over low heat until melted. Brush the melted jam over the strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
