  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.
  7. Cut into squares and top each square with sliced strawberries. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
