  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the puff pastry sheets into 12 equal rectangles.
  3. Place the pastry rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
  5. In a bowl, mix the strawberries and blueberries.
  6. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Once the pastry rectangles have cooled, slice them in half horizontally.
  8. Place a layer of whipped cream on the bottom half of each pastry rectangle.
  9. Top with a spoonful of the mixed berries.
  10. Place the top half of the pastry rectangle on the berries.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar.
  12. Repeat with the remaining pastry rectangles and filling.
  13. Let the napoleons rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  14. Serve chilled and enjoy!
