Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Gradually add flour and sour cream to the cream cheese mixture, beating until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Before serving, top the cheesecake with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
