‘Stir-Fried’ Sesame Saag Paneer
Paneer is a popular cheese in Indian cuisine and is often used in vegetarian dishes like Saag Paneer. It is made by curdling milk with lemon juice or vinegar.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add finely chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions turn golden brown.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add finely chopped spinach and cook until it wilts down.

Cut paneer into cubes and add it to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until paneer is coated with the spinach mixture.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle lemon juice over the dish.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve hot with roti or rice.
