Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Stir melted chocolate chips into the remaining cream cheese mixture. Pour chocolate mixture over the plain cream cheese mixture in the pan. Use a knife to gently swirl the two mixtures together to create a marble effect.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake. Remove the sides of the pan and let the cheesecake cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle chopped almonds on top of the cheesecake.
  8. Enjoy!
