Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pizza crust.

In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Arrange the assorted fruits on top of the whipped cream.

In a small saucepan, heat the apricot preserves over low heat until melted.
