  1. Crush the OREO cookies in a food processor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies with cream cheese.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the balls rest for 1 hour.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler.
  6. Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  7. Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle some colorful sprinkles on top of each ball.
  9. Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let the chocolate set.
