In a pan, sauté the spinach and garlic in olive oil until wilted.

In a bowl, mix the sautéed spinach, feta cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper.

Place the stuffed artichoke bottoms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
