Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, red onion, jalapeno pepper, sour cream, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Place the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the broccoli mixture equally among the tortillas, spreading it evenly.

Roll up each tortilla tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Brush the tortilla rolls with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
