  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the bell pepper, carrot, and green peas. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, and cumin powder. Mix well.
  6. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix until everything is well combined.
  7. Transfer the rice mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
