Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Mix in the persimmon puree.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the yogurt, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and yogurt until smooth.
