  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the tart pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice, brown sugar, and ground cloves. Arrange the apple slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
