  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the flesh is tender.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Scoop out the cooked spaghetti squash flesh and add it to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour and baking powder. Add this to the spaghetti squash mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  6. Melt the butter and pour it into a 9-inch pie dish. Swirl the butter around to coat the dish.
