  4. Add black beans, corn kernels, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  5. Pour in the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. In a baking dish, combine the cooked cavatappi pasta and the vegetable mixture. Mix well.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
