Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the red peppers and remove the seeds.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, black beans, corn, jalapeno, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Stuff each red pepper with the cream cheese mixture. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
