In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.

Spread the batter evenly onto a greased baking sheet.

Spoon the jam over the batter and gently swirl it with a knife.

Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the long sides.

Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the baking sheet.
